Business Challenge

Turning Dealer DMS Data into Actionable Aftersales Intelligence.

Volkswagen Group of Canada wanted to analyze and report on dealer DMS information to identify new growth opportunities at both dealer and customer level.

The initiative required relevant information such as invoices, repair orders, parts master data and vehicle-in- operation information to be brought together so that Corporate, Field and Dealer users could work from a standardized view of aftersales performance.

Aftersales IQ was developed as a turnkey online platform providing OEMs with insights into parts and service metrics and trends using external dealer and internal OEM data.
