ICSI required a unified digital experience that could connect learner registration with learning, assessment and certification.
Earlier, learner information was shared through Excel files for user creation. This created a manual dependency between registration and the learning platform.
The objective was to move towards a connected digital journey where learners could register, access courses, attend lectures, collaborate, take assessments and finally receive certification through one ecosystem.
